subarueric.com is operated by SUBARUERIC LLC (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the site or hear from us by text, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- What you send us. Your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, how you'd like to be contacted, your message, and the vehicle you asked about.
- Quote and deal pages. If you have a personal page, the details you enter there, such as payment options you explore, trade-in details and documents you upload. Activity on those pages is logged so we can follow up on your request.
- Anonymous site activity. On public pages we record pages viewed and filters, saves and clicks with a random ID for your browser tab. It is not linked to your name.
- Saved vehicles. Vehicles you save are kept in your own browser, not sent to us.
- Text messages. Your mobile number, when you agreed to receive texts, and the messages exchanged with us.
